At Beautiful Minds Therapy Support, we know that behaviour is also communication. Behind all behaviour is meaning. Our behaviour practitioners work alongside participants, families, carers, and support networks to understand behaviours of concern and create practical, respectful strategies that improve quality of life.
Our focus is always on building capacity, encouraging positive behaviour change, and reducing reliance on restrictive practices.
We provide specialist behaviour support for participants with high-risk or complex needs. Our services include:
Our team takes time to understand the person, their environment, and their goals, ensuring strategies are practical and achievable.
Every behaviour has meaning – we listen and respond with care.
Specialist Behaviour Support falls under Improved Relations funding in a participant’s NDIS funding with:
This funding is to support people with complex and high-risk behaviours of potential harm or concern and also to investigate and manage restrictive practices that may be in place for the person. If a participant does not have Improved Relationship funding, Improved Daily Living Funding can be used for some behavioural assessments and reports.

Empowering those who support you, every day.
At Beautiful Minds Therapy Support, we recognise that trauma and behavioural challenges can affect people across all stages of life. Our counselling services are available to both NDIS participants and private clients, providing therapeutic support that promotes healing, resilience, and positive change.
We take a person-centred approach, offering a safe space where individuals can explore their experiences, process the impact of trauma, and develop practical coping strategies. Our team uses purposeful, supportive talk therapy to help participants strengthen their wellbeing, build resilience, and move towards a more confident and empowered future.
Behavioural counselling focuses on understanding the reasons behind behaviours of concern and working with participants to develop healthier, more positive alternatives. Together, we build skills and strategies that reduce harm, increase independence, and create opportunities for meaningful participation in daily life.
Healing begins with understanding, and every step forward is a step towards a stronger future.
